About Us
Tom and Martina Thurlow met each other in law school, at Santa Clara University. While Tom participated in the Santa Clara Law Review, Martina participated in the Moot Court program. After graduating from law school, both Tom and Martina worked as prosecutors in the Office Of The District Attorney, handling primarily DUI cases. Since leaving the DA's office, Tom and Martina have worked together to defend people who are charged with driving under the influence.
Tom Thurlow was appellate attorney in the Sixth District appellate decision, People vs. Arreola, and has written a book on sobriety, entitled How To Get Sober And Stay That Way, available on Amazon.
